Not only that, it's also too easy to get lost in the middle of the
coordination and end up uploading twice. 

Well, maybe we could try to be more active on IRC while doing this, as
it's a good example of a real-time coordination thing :)

Yes, I suggested this by taking and over-stretching the
pkg-ruby-extras idea, not looking at Joey's proposal (which I still
have to get through - mail backlog sucks). Maybe we don't need the
whole tree, but just a pointer... maybe even just a webpage, but I
liked the idea of our repository containing everything ;-)
