Error.pm in Debian

Hi all,

It looks like liberror-perl in sarge/sid a bit ancient. The package is 
currently maintained by Clint Burfoot <clint@myinternet.com.au>, but it 
looks a bit short of attention.

Maybe the DPG could take over this package? A whishlist bug for a newer 
version has been open for a long time (half a year): #383606

I could do the work if noone has the time, or maybe the bugsubmitter could 
join the DPG?

I'll mail the maintainer anyway, just to see what's up.

A shame I didn't notice this before, because now we'll have to stick with 
an old version for etch...
