Hi,

this was actually waiting for 

#375472: libcfitsio3-dev: missing /usr/lib/libcfitsio.so symlink

as it currently ends up linked staticly against cfitsio.

I'm not sure if that's a reason to delay uploading it. Maybe not, we
can always do another upload when shared linking becomes possible.
