Ok, you are right, I was not sure if that pod stuffs were important or not.

I build a new version so you can take it from the svn or use dget :
dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/l/libauthen-simple-perl/libauthen-simple-perl_0.4-1.dsc

I think, this package should be ok now.
