FYI, dictionaries-common (standard, non-essential) assumed essential perl-base
had Data::Dumper available to avoid perl dependency. Since the need for
Data::Dumper was very limited, I have modified it to not need Data::Dumper
at all.
I uploaded fixed package yesterday and is already in unstable. No need to worry
about it anymore.
