Please upload libmail-sendmail-perl and libunicode-map8-perl

Hi,

I think libmail-sendmail-perl and libunicode-map8-perl need an upload:

- libmail-sendmail-perl is incorrectly Arch: any instead of Arch:all
  (fixed now in SVN)
- libunicode-map8-perl  is incorrectly a native package

Jaldhar, could you upload these when you have the time? I did some
other small updates to them as well while I was fixing the Maintainer:
fields.

BTW, there's something fishy about libunicode-map8-perl: there are
several maps (eg. Map8/maps/TIS-620.txt) in SVN that don't exist in the
original tarball [1]. However, debian/copyright says the only
modifications are in debian/. What's going on?
