RFS: libimage-librsvg-perl

This package contains the Image::LibRSVG Perl module, which enables
rasterization of SVG drawings into bitmap images from Perl scripts.

This package is a repackaging of libimage-rsvg-perl under the right
name, and corrected with suggestions Gunnar made some time ago.  After
this packages enters the archive, I'll request removal of the other.

It's lintian clean.

Could someone take a look at it?
