2 packages to upload

Hello All:

I have placed the following two packages to the svn server and they are 
ready for upload.  They both check out lintian clean.  Could someone 
upload them when ftp-master is back?  The second one has a FTBFS bug 
#319567 so it does need to be updated soon.
