I have uploaded a cleaned up list to
http://www.lichtenheld.de/debian/perlupdate.installed
It doesn't contain any contrib/non-free/third-party packages anymore.
Packages still in the list but preceded with a # are available but
make problems when installed in a pbuilder.
I was able to reproduce the error with this package combination.
