How does it deal with dependecies in Makefile.PL?
One advantage of using debian packages as perl modules seems like upgrades
to the packages can be handled by apt. (dist-upgrade, for example).
But what's the advantage of downloading a CPAN module and building a .deb
over just perl -MCPAN 'install foo'?
