Announce: XML-Edifact-0.41

Hy Folks,

  I've just uploaded XML-Edifact-0.41 to PAUSE !

      ( after a hard fight with a Windows NT site :-)

  This version is known to build and pass its regression test under Win/NT.

  As a bad news  : Perl 5.6 is required even under Linux !
  As a good news : XML-Edifact 0.42 will do UTF right, at least for UNOC.

  If you already have XML-Edifact-0.40,
      and dont need other charactersets than UNOA and UNOB,
      and dont want to upgrade your Perl to 5.6,
  forget about XML-Edifact-0.41 - it does'nt implement anything new.

  Any difference between XML-Edifact-0.40 and 0.41 is in the Makefile.PL.

  If you have WinNT and ActivePerl 5.6 experience,
      look at www.xml-edifact.org/pub,
      fetch the ppd and blib,
      build a pmm,
      test it,
      and send it to me and to ActiveState.

  This would give us some time for more impatient to check it, and to
  release 0.42 including correct UTF8 handling next week ;-)

PS : For those who dont know - XML::Edifact implements a United Nations
     Electronic Data Interchange for Adminstration Commerce and Transport
     message format (ISO/ANSI X12) to XML translator.
