I had the same problem. When building a package that autodetects what
parl is installed and arranging the #!Ą/usr/bin/perl-5.005 accordingly.
Sollution was presented on d-perl, change in Config.pm site-perl to
/usr/bin/perl instead of /usr/bin/perl-5.005.
