Present your GSoC/Outreachy project at DebConf 2019
Hello,
This mail is for the students and mentors who have been part of Google
Summer of Code [0] or Outreachy [1] with Debian.
We, Debian Outreach team [2] have scheduled a session [3] in DebConf
2019, taking place on Jul 23 (Tue) at 16:00. This session provides an
opportunity for students and mentors to share their work and
experiences with the Debian community. We invite all past and current
participants to put together a brief (5-7 minutes based on interest)
presentation on your internship or project to present at DebConf 19.
We still have slots available and would love to hear from you.
This would be an amazing opportunity to present your work and to get
feedback from the Debian family. If you've never spoken before, we are
here to help you! You can check out online resources, like this
collection put together by VM Brasseur [4]. We are happy to look over
any slides you put together or help you practice your presentation
during DebConf. Unfortunately, we will not currently be set up for
remote presentations, but if you can't make it to the conference, you
could potentially submit a short video. The recording from last year's
session is available on the DebConf 18 web site [5]. You can also
refer to the recording of another Outreachy/GSoC project presentation
from DebConf 17 website. [6]

scheduling your presentation.
We would also like this opportunity to invite everyone to attend this
session as well as Outreach Team BoF session [7] which will focus on
reviewing the team's past activities and making plans for the future
of Debian in formal outreach programs.
