Looking at the timeline, we wont' know until April 30, 2019 if Debian is
accepted in the program, so we would need to wait until then to spread
the word. I'll come back to you then, hopefully with good news :-)
In any case, every time is good to spread the word about Debian and to
help people to get involved in improving documentation. The GSoD project
ideas are only *some* starting points, there are lots of other
contribution opportunities via the Debian Documentation Project:
