urgent: DebConf18 travel bursary announcements

Hi everybody,

Please check your spam folder and if you use a service like gmail that
hides messages in other tabs, please check there to see if you received
any reply about a DebConf bursary.

The DebConf team sent announcements last week.

If you can't find an email, please try and log in to the registration[1]
system and you will see the bursary status there.

Please let us know if you were accepted and if you need any help either
purchasing your tickets or planning your participation in DebConf.
