Hi,
This week didn't achieve much in terms of code. Though learned more about GPGME and python itself.

Major things done during this week:

1) Worked with seal and open script
    a) Though I am able to achieve encryption and decryption
    b) facing issues in retrieving keys from the keyserver.

2) To solve the above issue-
    a) Read and understood the C documentation and working of GPGME
    b) mailed to gnupg-devel on more help on the issue
        i)  members have suggested use of requests library to achieve the functionality.
ii) GPGME doesn't have support for direct access to keyserver(dirmngr) commands yet. [0]

3) Python script for revoking a key.
