I was just reviewing the proposals for "Wizard/GUI helping
students/interns apply and get started" and noticed that students have
not yet enabled comments on their proposal hosted on Google Docs.
If you want to get review, please enable comment on your proposal. And
treat this thing as project agnostic. If mentors can post comments
they would :)
