No. I want to build a package manager for python 2 and 3. So instead of using pip in the terminal, they can use the desktop application.
I personally feel that when one begins his journey, terminals are quite intimidating initially. I hope to help with that.

Oh, I see. That might be interesting, but don't you think the PSF might be a better host for this project (they are in GSoC too)? I know they are working on a new package manager to replace pip (called warehouse) and they might see your idea as an useful improvement - and perhaps it can be adopted to be used not just in Debian, but in most OSs?
