Yes, you would be very welcome. Are you anywhere near Renata, the
candidate from Brazil?
This is a project that could potentially have more than one intern,
either in the current round or future GSoC rounds.
It is also a project that is not tightly coupled to Debian so interns
could be eligible for funds from Outreachy (beyond the 2 places funded
by Debian)

That is great, could you add a link to that on the project wiki[1] as
another related project?
