I really don't think this bug is minor. I'm one of many users who've been
affected, and I've filed a bug report upstream:
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166034

This bug broke a long-established workflow that no one had complained
about: exporting a PDF to the same directory as the original LO file.

The upstream developer opened a bug and changed the behaviour themselves.
Now this bug has been reopened due to many complaints from users:
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=165228

Please reconsider and revert to the old behaviour.
