Hi,

LibreOffice features a prompt that pops up every now and then, asking
users to get involved or to donate. I'm not sure asking repeatedly is
reasonable, and it seems like ENABLE_WASM_STRIP_PINGUSER would be
appropriate to turn that off. Implementation details can be found in
SfxViewFrame::Notify().
