* how am i opening pdf file:
 * run $ time /usr/bin/lowriter
 * ctrl+o
 * select desired pdf
 * select file type: pdf
 * click open

* the issue is with libreoffice, evince 
and qpdfview are working correctly
* see ps(at the end) about how i installed 
& configured debian sid

* download & open pdf file (1)

* repro:
LibreOffice 7.4.0.3 40(Build:3)
LibreOffice 7.4.1.1 40(Build:1)

* opens w/o password prompt
adobe acrobat reader 22.7.1.23191 (android)
evince 43.alpha
qpdfview 0.4.18
mupdf viewer & mini (android) 1.20.2a

* my os on android 9 device:
 ** install userland app, full upgrade 
buster(default), dist upgrade to 
bullseye, remove security from sources.list, 
dist upgrade to unstable
 ** install nano & add disable recommended 
packages
 ** installed: libreoffice-writer, 
libreoffice-calc, mc, ghostscript, 
qpdfview, evince, gnumeric, abiword, 
gv, palemoon (.deb & its dependencies), 
inkscape, openbox, default-jre

 ** very important :: debugging is 
not possible

* there are also several files with 
same issue, if patch is created & applied 
to bug
  ** expect me to test in next dot 
release or version
  ** i will also test other files, if 
they have issues, i will create new bug
