Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
Editing cell text. When entering new text the old text is still visible in
the cell making the new text impossible to see.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
nothing is effective, problem makes editing cells difficult as you cannot
see what you are inputting correctly.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected to be able to see the text I inputted.
