You should have sent that to the submitter. (as is documented,
nnnn@bugs.debian.org DOES NOT go to the submitter)

And yes, -t bullseye-backports is correct. That is even documented:
https://backports.debian.org/Instructions/#index3h2 (second option),
/bullseye-backports only works for package with "easy" dependencies,
probably (which do not require other stuff from backports, like here
libreoffice-* stuff itself).
