Hi,

Since 1.28.10 dictionaries-common tries to extract useful info from
all hunspell dictionaries and use it if that info is not explicitly
provided. This can only contain info available in aff file, but should
at least help with Emacs (although is available to other programs,
mostly for testing purposes). Last issue was fixed in 1.28.14,
already in testing.

I think this can be considered a reasonable fix for this problem.
Trying to manually maintain a database containing more accurate values
for all hunspell dicts provided by libreoffice-dictionaries would be a
nightmare.

If you consider that this is working well enough, I think this bug
report can be closed.

Regards,
