(no Severity)
Sorry, no, IMHO this is a minor bug, not a normal one, but it will be changed
(will never happen in stable though)

Of course, -plasma just contains stuff useful to KDE, not the KDEish UI.
As does -gnome, that one also doesn't contain the GTk3-ish UI.

That info is wrong (well, obsolete):

$ apt-cache show libreoffice-kde5
Package: libreoffice-kde5
Source: libreoffice
Version: 1:7.0.4-4
Installed-Size: 217
Maintainer: Debian LibreOffice Maintainers
<debian-openoffice@lists.debian.org>
Architecture: amd64
Depends: libreoffice-kf5, libreoffice-plasma
Description-en: transitional package for LibreOffice "KDE 5" integration
 LibreOffice is a full-featured office productivity suite that provides
 a near drop-in replacement for Microsoft(R) Office.
 .
 This package used to contain the "KDE 5" integration. It was split
 into -kf5 (KF5 UI plugin) and -plasma (some Plasma integration). This
 packsge can be safely removed once installed.
Description-md5: 9ba37e0af16899bba520effef300bdf2
Homepage: http://www.libreoffice.org
Tag: uitoolkit::gtk, uitoolkit::qt
Section: kde
Priority: optional
Filename: pool/main/libr/libreoffice/libreoffice-kde5_7.0.4-4_amd64.deb
Size: 199592
MD5sum: fe9172ba035c562af5002820fb726e9b
SHA256: a55cb848965d474f82d3c8e6a055f28f32e1d0e038be512a5de0aa37e57614fa

And libreoffice-kde5 thus doesn't exist anymore in testing and unstable.

The solution is to use and read package descriptions, not rely on maybe
out-of-date infos in wikis :)

[1] "Suggests: libreoffice-gnome | libreoffice-plasma"

No, that suggestion is for the desktop environment and completely correct.

What you might have wanted is libreoffice-kf5.

(libreoffice-kde5 just  happens to work because of said transitional
package.)

Though admittedly -plasma misses a Recommends: on libreoffice-kde5:

rene@frodo:~$ apt-cache show libreoffice-plasma | grep Recomm
rene@frodo:~$ apt-cache show libreoffice-gnome | grep Recomm
Recommends: libreoffice-style-elementary, libreoffice-gtk3

Will add  that one.

Rene
