What you say makes 0 sense.

Anyone can choose this icon set, this is  what tweaks tool is for. And Libre office is the only app which has issues with it, likely because it's incompatible.

And why would anyone do that? That sounds like a unfortunate combination
to me but nothing one can do against.


If the breeze_dark icons assume (btw, in your subject you say "tool
menu", so you definitely mean "tool bar", I literally read it as "menu",
that's why I did the second screenshot...) a black background and do the
icons in the color which is used by adwaita in the background, what
can/should one do?

Just set both to breeze_dark? (or at least dark for the general UI)?

No one is saying any combination makes sense.


If you have a black paper, you also wouldn't complain to someone that
you can't actually read stuff you write witha black pen? Or light yellow
on white? Or ...
