In 3.9.4.

Standards-Version: of this package is 3.6.1.

And this does not even build indep packages...

Waste of time for adding a no-oop...

You are kidding? The package follows police as specified. You have a good talent of wasting people's time (there's other stuff than Debian) für no gain.
