Problem with /usr/share/doc-base/access2base in 6.4.0~rc1-2

Hello,

I just installed LibreOffice version 6.4.0~rc1-2 on my Debian unstable machine, and saw this:

Processing 8 changed doc-base files, 1 added doc-base file...
Error in `/usr/share/doc-base/access2base', line 7: all `Format' sections are invalid. Note: `install-docs --verbose --check file_name' may give more details about the above error.

I did a bit of investigating:

# dpkg-query -S /usr/share/doc-base/access2base
libreoffice-common: /usr/share/doc-base/access2base

# install-docs --verbose --check /usr/share/doc-base/access2base
Warning in `/usr/share/doc-base/access2base', line 7: `Files' value not specified for format `html'. Error in `/usr/share/doc-base/access2base', line 7: all `Format' sections are invalid. /usr/share/doc-base/access2base: Fatal error found, the file won't be registered.

# cat /usr/share/doc-base/access2base
Document: access2base
Title: Access2Base
Author: Jean-Pierre Ledure
Section: Office

Format: HTML
Index: /usr/share/doc/libreoffice-common/access2base.html

For comparison, I looked at another file in /usr/share/doc-base:

# cat /usr/share/doc-base/aptitude-doc-en
Document: aptitude-doc-en
Title: Aptitude User's Manual (English)
Author: Daniel Burrows
Abstract: This manual describes the usage of the aptitude package manager.
Section: System/Package Management

Format: HTML
Index: /usr/share/doc/aptitude/html/en/index.html
Files: /usr/share/doc/aptitude/html/en/*.html

I know nothing about these files. I'm guessing that when "Format" is "HTML" it is supposed to be accompanied by a valid "Files" entry.

Am I wrong?
Would you like me to file a bug on the BTS? (Looked trivial to me, so I thought I'd check by email first.)

Thanks,
Dave W.
