Can't reproduce this yet.

I was checking this in a current unstable chroot with 1:6.3.2-1+b1 (so basically the same
version as yours[1]) (so with "gen" (so not gtk or gtk3 UI) given there's no menu in the
chroot (probably because of the global menu nonsense...). Then I tried in a GNOME VM with
libreoffice-gtk3 and the export worked, too.

Which desktop and VCLplug do you use? gtk? (Will be gone in 6.4
anyways). KDE?

In any case, AFAICR 6.3.3 rc1 got some image handling fixes, maybe it
fixes your problem, too?

[1] +b1 is just a rebuild against new evolution-data-server with no code
changes whatsoever
