I think we should do this for src:ooolib-python.

I updated the package from the github location where it was moved to,
and this new _source_ package python-ooolib is now in NEW building only
a python3-ooolib package. So src:ooolib-python and the *binary*
python-ooolib should be removed.

Cloning because of just reassigning because this bug is in closes: of
said upload.
