Bug#928953: libreoffice: Impossible to move a dialog window

Severity: important
It is impossible to move any dialog window in any OpenOffice application and to
view data that is under it. Moving those windows is necessary to inspect the
data that is under one has selected without closing the window. If the window
is minimized, it might be impossible to reopen it or access the main
application window (it will just be grayed out). Please see the recording:
