This is not a bug. It is an intentional change by Sifr’s maintainer to improve visibility in some elaborate backgrounds. Unfortunately, the change was not done to all the existing icons before we branched out the 6.0 release.If you wish to engage with the icon designers, you can use IRC or telegram: #libreoffice-design on Freenode and https://t.me/LibreOfficeDesign.
