It would be binary-NEW though, which typically gets processed much more
quickly than new source packages - last time I went through binary-NEW
it was accepted the same day!
I guess otherwise you're saying I'd need to wait for an upstream ABI
bump - is one likely before buster? If not, I guess I'll have to look
at packaging these tools in a separate source package, which doesn't
seem very sensible overall.
