[libreoffice (1:5.2.5-1~bpo8+1)] No SDBC driver was found for the URL 'sdbc:embedded:hsqldb'

Hi:

I upgraded my LibreOffice installation to jessie-backports a couple of 
weeks ago, and yesterday I tried to open a LO Base database. However, 
the program failed with the error "No SDBC driver was found for the URL 
'sdbc:embedded:hsqldb'".

I tried the following actions, without success:
* Install "libreoffice-sdbc-hsqldb" package.
* Manually added HSQL-related JARs to the classpath.
* Installed openjdk-8-jre.

So I finally had to rollback my installation to jessie.

It seems to me that this is an installation configuration issue, so it 
might be of relevance to those upgrading from Jessie to Stretch in the 
following months...

Is there any additional information I can provide here to help?
