Interestingly, with 5.4.3 rc1 as in sid I can reproduce this, too.

Confirmed. No idea why it worked for me in the past.

There's also "reportdesign" which is the C++ part.
Interestingly, it works for me in the 6.0 packages (didn't try alpha1,
but todays build), see https://people.debian.org/~rene/libreoffice/6.0/.
So for buster that will maybe sort itself out by time... ;) (5.4.x is not
a real option to ship in buster anyway given its timeframe of support. Even
6.0 has that problem.)
