Whch obviously cannot be the case given this is the case ever since
this was converted from a extension to "internal code" in 2013 and thus
also is in stretch this way.

And if the stuff wouldn't work at all new reports in new databses wouldn't
work either - but they do.

But yeah, probably should be moved.
