And it doesn't apply in pure testing (right now) either since there there
_is_ a matching 1:5.4.0-1 of libreoffice-core (together with libreoffice-kde
still existing there)

Sorry, but libreoffice-kde is dead until it gets ported to KF5. Which upstream
is working on, but no idea when it will be finished (or whether it actually
will be such early that one can enable it for buster - it needs big testing
first to avoid the bad experience with gtk3.)
