There we go. It's that bug.
Somewhere in the kernel bugs is the boot command line to disable the security fix
as a workaround. Or install the original stretch (-2) kernel.
Reassigning to the kernel. Next time please check whether a bug already is reported.
You also might want to try running amd64 instead of an architecture already quite dead
in the last decade.
