Hello Vytautas,
I also think you're wrong. Dictionaries management is scripted
and there are two languages Lithuanian (LT) and Serbian (SR).
So I close this bug
After there may be a mixture of Serbian / Lithuanian. This is another problem.
If this is the case, make a report with examples directly at:
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org
It will be more useful.
