Bug#832495: libreoffice: Extremely slow to redraw UI.

Just to let you know, I have the same problem with Intel drivers [1] so it is 
not only nvidia related. It's probably something else with my and Andrew's 
configuration that causes this (which you do not have on your machine). If I 
notice anything, I will report back.

Installing libreoffice-gtk3 "fixes" slow redraws however I don't really like it 
on KDE desktop. But UI is unbareably slow with libreoffice-gtk, libreoffice-kde 
(really bad with this one) or without any "UI" package.

This is on 5.1.5~rc1 and 5.1.5~rc2. Haven't tested 5.2.0~rc3 though but 
Andrew's testing suggests it won't help.
