Yeah, probably. Though I don't exactly like the approach of bundling everything
which has some other upstream. See e.g. lightproof which is a separate project
in LO git, still they bundle it... (even worse, they bundle also forks of that
one.)

The mirror on github ttbomk is unofficial, no idea why someone wants to
do  that given it has no real use, no issues, no PRs, whatever. Official
is https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/tree/nlpsolver
