This is not Ubuntu. But yeah, Debian also has that problem. And no, the dialogs
are disabled therefore - not broken ;). That is the exact point.

And since when does Ubuntu ship/care about KDE? I tought that was Kubuntus
job?

Since the Qt maintainers don't want to include this without being upstream
