Especially as the upgrade jessie->stretch is broken _right now_ and will be
fixed only when this new version with the file move migrates. Otherwise the
result is even worse (apt can't recover out of a jessie->stretch upgrade right
now, see the mentioned bugs)
There's stuff you need to handle to resolve breakage sometimes. Not ideal
and should be avoided but it happens...
