There's even a bin-NMu scheduled since some days:

Given that libebook1.2-dev is uninstallable this "of course" is BD-Uninstallable.
A NMU of evolution-data-server to work around that is already in
https://ftp-master.debian.org/deferred.html - a few hours to go then that
should start building.

I'll upload 5.0.1 rc1 to sid ASAP after this resolved anyways.
