libreoffice fails to start when called as
/usr/bin/X11/libreoffice:

    /usr/bin/X11/libreoffice: 54: cd: can't cd to ../lib/libreoffice/program
    /usr/bin/X11/libreoffice: 163: exec: /usr/bin/X11/oosplash: not found
