Wrong. If at all, it'a a bug in -kde.

Sounds like the known bug(s. Was already reported but (at least the last occurence of it)
the submitter never told me back whether it works in 4.2.2...)

Try removing -kde. That should make it work.

Yes, KDE4 support is so fundamentally broken in LO 4.1.x. If you can, please try
4.2.2 (or even 4.2.3 if I get it uploaded somewhen)

And yes, I tried to build a package with all the fixeds for 4.1.x but failed yet :/

As said. Try without (assuming you run inside KDE)
