For 2.x it doesn't matter that much, but upstreams baseline is >= 2.6 iirc
For 3.x the minimal version required is 3.3 either way....

That said, I personally am not strictly in "you must make this work with python
2.x still mode" (except for python-uno). If the script-provider needs python3-uno,
that's it and it will hopefully cause more pressure on the r-deps' maintainers
and their upstreams because python-uno then effectively would conflict against
anything needing libreoffice-script-provider-python. And anyone writing scripts
which also need to work upstream need to make them work with python 3.3 either way..

One could let upstream decide what they want and when they want to discontinue
2.x support for the script provider. (For python-uno I think we need this looonger
because of the reverse-depends...)
