Package: openoffice.org-writer
Version: 1:2.4.1-3
Severity: normal

to reproduce the bug:

0) open OOoWriter

1) write some text
This is a text line
Also this

2) copy a string
example 1: copy text
example 2: copy line\n

3) open gedit (or other program)

4) paste

you have:
in example 1: text\n
in example 2: line\n\n

This is a very bad thing. Only OOo have this bad paste operation. Note that OOo 2.4.0 work correctly as all others GNU/Linux programs. Note also that new line in some program (for example bash) is the execute command.

Ciao
Davide
