When using umlauts rotated text objects the text spacing around the
umlaut is not in (the rotated) writing direction but left to right.

How to reproduce:

1) Start oowriter with a blank document
2) Open the "Drawing" toolbar
3) Click on the big T ("Text") and place a Text object on the document
4) Select as font "Nimbus Sans L" and enter some text containing an
   umlaut (e.g. "lmnöpqr")
5) Leave the text object box by clicking somwhere else in the document,
then select it again with a single click
6) Bring up in the context menu the "Position and Size" settings, select
"Rotation" and set the rotation angle to some value
7) Export this document as PDF.

I also have attached an example .odt and .pdf document demonstrating
this bug.

This bug does not happen on the stable (2.0.4.dfsg.2-7etch4) or testing
(2.2.1-10) version of OOo.

The fonts which can reproduce this bug are:

- - Bistream Charter
- - Century Schoolbook L
- - Courier 10 Pitch
- - Free Avant Garde
- - Nimbus Sans L

and probably more (I stopped testing at Free Avant Garde).
